Clair manages all of our incoming enquiries, marketing and bookings for the residential side of the business via her company Westwood Surveyors Ltd. She is dedicated to excellent client services and this is reflected in our positive client reviews. Experienced Technical Support
Clair has over 5 years experience working alongside surveyors in many sectors. Our clients include Architects, Asbestos firms, Building Surveyors, both RICS and non-RICS accredited and Builders. This means she has a wide resource of information and hands on experience and can answer your pre and post survey enquiries accurately and timely manner.
A Timely Service
Buying property is stressful. Nothing happens for weeks and then everyone wants to complete at once! We understand this. We operate outside of conventional hours for our aftercare, not just our sales, and being a small team who meet your surveyors on a daily basis we can push dates forward for you and keep you updated.
Dedicated Telephone Contact
As a small team we can't compete with 24/7 national call centres who sell, sell, sell. Nor do we want to. We sell our services and then then hard work starts. I support you throughout and am available when you need me. I work the standard 8.30-5 during the week but do respond to urgent emails, calls or texts out of hours or at weekends as it's in my interest as well as yours.

Once you arrange a survey with us, here's a useful guide to give you an idea of what happens next.
STEP 1 Get a quote, ask your questions and select your survey type. We can talk you through this or you can use the RICS guides here.
STEP 2 Complete your booking formeither by email or telephone us and we can fill it out for you.
STEP 3 We contact you to confirm your booking has been received and check that the survey fee, type and terms are all correct and in place.
STEP 4 Your invoice will be sent via email and we take payment via bank transfer, or securely via Worldpay credit or debit card. We issue your receipt to you via email.
STEP 5 We then make contact with the estate agent or vendor and arrange the survey date for you and update you via email.
STEP 6 Your survey will take place and feedback will be issue to you via email once your surveyor has given it to us.
STEP 7 Your report will follow within the set lead times as stated in your welcome letter and booking instruction.
STEP 8 We check you have received your report, as they do sometimes sneak into the spam folder, and post out any hard copy reports for you.
STEP 9 We ask for your feedback.
